We aim at providing our Clients with a bespoke solution that matches their culture, vision, strategy and organisation. Indeed, we target in priority unavailable talents who work in the same industry and even sub-industry. With regards to the importance and the challenging requirements of the position, we conduct a direct search process. This allows a proactive and straight forward approach to qualified and interested candidates. We define each executive search project as a unique consulting engagement and we tailor our efforts accordingly. Even though, a systematic approach is followed in executing each assignment.

Executive Search Business Activities

We commit to submit our Clients the shortlist within 4 to 6 weeks for any local and regional mandates (within GCC) and 8 to 12 weeks for any international mandates in order to propose as many talents as possible for a most efficient hiring process. Throughout the engagement we will be in frequent contact to keep you informed and provide information on the leading candidates.

Distributor Search

Direct Search Approach

With regards to the importance and the challenging requirements of the new partner, we will conduct a direct search assignment. This will allow a proactive and straight approach to qualified and interested companies. We define each company search project as a unique consulting engagement and we tailor our efforts accordingly even though a systematic approach is followed in executing each assignment.

After your approval of the proposal and Mission Specification, our primary activity is directed towards sourcing and identifying companies whose experience and characteristics closely match the established criteria. Based on the criteria established, we will conduct an original research to develop a target list of prospective companies and sources. This effort will be directed primarily towards established companies specialised in distributing and selling products and solutions in your specific activity.


Company Approach

Upon approaching the targeted companies, we ask each qualified company, during the first telephone meeting, questions to obtain a thorough understanding of their background and confirm the match. We will work with a diverse company long list, from which a shortlist of companies will be generated. Ongoing discussions and reviews with you will take place during this process.

The content of the meetings will also cover a presentation of your company as attractive proposing premium products and solutions, and a discussion about the mission requirements as specified. We will inform the companies about your selection and assessment process and we shall ensure that companies understand the need for multiple meetings during the selection process.


Presentation of the Shortlist

For each company deemed qualified for the mission (4 recommended finalists), we will prepare a Confidential Company Report Evaluation and forward the information for your attention, review and assessment.


Distributor Sales Meeting

We attend all the meetings between potential distributors and your company’s representative that will lead to first negotiation of the potential distribution contract.


Follow Up and Finalisation of Discussions

We ensure that communication between the potential distributors and your company moves forward and we help our clients to finalise the discussions that end with signature of distribution contract.

Talent Mapping

With regards to the importance and the challenging requirements of some of the positions you have to fill, we will need to conduct a direct search approach. This will allow a proactive and straight approach to qualified and interested candidates. In order to anticipate your talent needs, you can decide to develop the concept of Talent Mapping or Talent Pooling.

This exercise consists of proactively conducting a Local Talent Pool to make them available anytime when the needs arise. We will be targeting a total number of qualified candidates i.e. who have significant experience within the role they would have to join our clients.
